I had a wonderful time at this boutique hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi, with many attractions within walking distance. The staff, especially Ruby at the reception and Henry the porter, provided exceptional service, making my stay even better. The breakfast was delightful, but I wish there had been more variety. Overall, it was a fantastic place, great value for money, and I would definitely stay there again.
